So I plateaued again, having only lost 2kg. And then I got a dog, and Uni started and I got myself into driving lessons.
Needless to say I barely had time to go to the toilet, let alone exercise (mind you, I take the dog on 3 short walks daily).
But I am now jobless (it’s a good thing as mine is just seasonal) and I have a lot more time. I want to take up 5 mile walks 5 days a week and should start doing some exercise at home. And also eating healthy. And I should finally start the 30 Day Shred.
Good news is I didn’t put any weight on, even though I ate crap most of the time!
The plateau is over and I am losing weight again! After about 2 months of stagnation, things are finally looking up!
